1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the availability of the product and our suppliers' processing schedules.

2. Shipping Methods:

  • We offer the following shipping methods:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-11 days
  • Shipping methods may vary depending on the item and its destination.

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package, shipping method selected, and the delivery destination. We strive to offer competitive shipping rates to our customers.

4. Shipping Destinations:

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes at this time.

5. Delivery Timeframe:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the customer's location. Standard shipping typically takes between 5-11 business days, while expedited shipping may arrive sooner.

6. Tracking Information:

  • Tracking information will be provided for all orders whenever available. Customers will receive an email with tracking details once their order has shipped. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated by the shipping carrier.

7. Customs and Duties:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges related to customs clearance. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on import regulations and fees.

8. Order Status Updates:

  • Customers will receive order confirmation emails upon placing an order and shipping notifications once the order has been dispatched. Additionally, customers can log in to their account to view the status of their order at any time.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Goods:

  • We take utmost care in packaging orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging, along with your order details. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution promptly.
  • Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, except in cases of damaged items as outlined in our Damaged Items Policy above. Please read the products description carefully before placing your order since returns and/or exchanges are limited to damaged items.
